Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015 Certification

We are committed to provide diagnostic hearing test and consultation on hearing impairment as well as hearing habilitation / rehabilitation to all our requiring clients; where necessary, dispense the most suitable and appropriate hearing aid to them by meeting their requirements and expectations all the time.

We shall ensure Quality Management System ISO9001:2015, complies with Regulations 26: Audiometric Measuring Equipment, Factory & Machinery (Noise Exposure) Regulations 1989 under Factories & Machinery Act 1967. We shall also ensure it is communicated and understood within Gnosis Hearing, effectively implemented through the total participation of our competent staff at all levels and continual improvement initiatives. We shall determine the continuing suitability of the Quality Policy from time to time.

Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices Certification

The objective of establishing a Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices is to ensure the quality, safety and performance of medical device during all aspects of our medical device supply-chain, which include product sourcing and procurement; transportation and delivery; storage; installation; after sales service; tracking, documentation and record-keeping practices.

We fully support and give our fullest commitment in establishing, documenting, implementing, maintaining and continual improvement of this GDPMD Regulatory Compliance System.

Asia Pacific Top Excellence Award 2013

Gnosis Hearing was awarded with the Asia Pacific TOP Excellence Brand award in 2013. The spectacular event was held at the Palace of the Golden Horses, Kuala Lumpur on 15 May 2013.

Sin Chew Business Excellence Awards 2013 & 2014

Gnosis Hearing was awarded with the Sin Chew Business Excellence Awards in the category of Product and Service Quality Excellence Award in 2013 and in the category of Retail Excellence Award in 2014.
