Hearing aid prescription
All testing and hearing aid fitting is done by qualified audiologists for all ages, including children. If your case is rare and uncertain, it will be presented to our team of audiologists for management and solution. Rest assured that all consultation is private and confidential. We only prescribe hearing aids that suit your individual hearing need. A customised post-fitting follow-up program ensures that you get the most out of your hearing aid.

The Role of an Audiologist
An audiologist is not to be confused with an ENT specialist. An ENT Specialist is trained for the medical and surgical treatment of the ears, nose and throat. Audiologists are university-trained professionals specialising in the assessment, prevention and non-medical management of hearing impairment and associated disorders of communication. In short, an ENT specialist treats ear, nose and throat diseases while an Audiologist treats hearing loss and communication disorders.
